Professional: call parents, coaching & extracurricular duties, trying new PD things, looking the part!
*i-READY : watch videos & tutorials, look at cheat sheets on website, evaluate data, target students’ strengths/weaknesses *CO-TEACHING: plan with co-teacher, collaborate and share new ideas, collaborate with Sia or Julie, plan to observe a colleague *TECH : website, using studio for your class, collaborate with Julie:) *OTHER : joining webinar, following new educators on Twitter, sharing resources you find with #d10learns on twitter, researching best practices, logging CPDU’s, using library and studio, following up with PPD presenter for more info.
Each grade level will be responsible for planning one Thursday professional learning day.
Presentations should fall under one of the main categories: PERA, i-Ready, Co-Teaching, Technology, or other topics as approved by PD Team
The organization for your PPD day should follow the format that was used last year.
